-Answer multi-line phone system
-Open and sort daily mail
-Accounts payable processing
-Photocopying/Scanning documents
-Errands (bank, post office, and other personal errands)
-Order/pick up/deliver lunches and delivery of documents
-Mailing of monthly bills to clients
-Daily/weekly data entry of attorney time logs, light bookkeeping
-Prepare certified mailings (tax returns, property taxes, other documents); coordinate tax return assembly and mailings
-Organization and retrieval of client records; Trips to storage unit to drop off/pick up records—may require some heavy lifting
-Prepare correspondence and communication with Clients regarding disposition of records; coordinate client records disposition project
-Other projects as assigned
