ASC Protection, Inc. https://aboutasc.com is looking to hire a driven, detail-oriented administrative assistant to join the team. This in-office position (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) may require the individual to answer an occasional email/text/call outside office hours.
Responsibilities:
Professionally answer main office phone line and work cell phone; direct calls to appropriate staff
Book security agents for events per client requests
Effectively communicate with clients(email/phone)
Provide quality customer service
Maintain a calendar of events
Collect billing information, draft proposals
Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure proper billing of events
Work on special projects as needed and serve as VP’s right-hand
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong scheduling / organizational skills and comfortability with last-minute changes
High level of professional integrity and confidentiality
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$52,000 depending on experience
