The ideal candidate should possess at least an ENTRY LEVEL proficient working understanding of QuickBooks and Excel for a national enterprise or must have acquired similar experience. In addition, the applicant must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
We will consider certain applicants with less experience, provided they possess the necessary skill sets and a certain level of proficiency in accounting.
Compensation starting rates:
$17.00 to $19.00
Have reliable transportation
Current driver’s license / ID or passport
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Must be able to read & write in English
Ability to speak a 2nd language is a plus
Have a great personality & able to work with others
Solid experience managing accounting books for a corporation
Perform other general accounting duties/ projects as requested (misc. assignments at times)
