We are looking to hire a secretary/customer service representative for our office.
Job responsibilities include:
Taking client orders over the phone and entering into our booking system
Answering the phone and client questions about products
Responding to emails/text messages from clients about rental inquiries
Send out weekly promotional emails
Post content on Instagram
Gather and prepare supplies needed for food station rentals
Hours: Part-time
Pay rate: $18 per hour
Skills and requirements:
Ability to work legally in the U.S.
Fluent English speaker and writer
Comfortable with responding to emails with proper english/punctuation
Confident
Takes initiative
Friendly
Patient
Respectful to others
Basic computer skills
Prior experience answering the phone as professional customer service
Reliable means of transportation to arrive at work
Willing to learn new things on the job- such as how to use our online booking and email system
Work as a team member
