At Ghazi Law Group, APLC, we are focused on delivering exceptional legal services to our clients in the area of Family and Immigration law and are currently seeking to hire an Assistant/Secretary to help our busy practice. This is a position for an individual who is detail oriented and able to work in a fun, yet fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate:
- Must be highly organized and attentive to detail
- Must have reliable access to transportation
- Must be familiar with Apple operating systems (iOS)
- Must have great customer service skills
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling Appointments
- Answering Phones/Routing Calls
- Communicating with Clients/Potential Clients
- Photocopying/Scanning/Filing/Shipping
