Administrative assistant position for fashion studio

Our studio is looking for an organized professional assistant to help with some basic tasks:
Adding items and deadlines to a shared google calendar
Inputting data and receipts into spreadsheets
Filing physical paperwork methodically
Upkeeping various lists on shared platforms
Ordering office and studio supplies
Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
Scheduling internal meetings and events
This position requires running some errands, so having a car is a must. Mileage will be reimbursed
Must have knowledge of using google docs, sheets and other google drive apps as well as some adobe programs like Acrobat.
Must be proficient on a mac computer.
Must have your own vehicle
Must speak English
Must have some college education (Degree is not required)
This position is not an art/creative position there is No creative involved
Social media experience is a plus.
We have a couple of dogs that visit the studio, liking dogs is helpful.
Studio hours are 10-6 m-f. This position will start at part time.
