Maintain our streamlined sales and collections processes, leveraging Shared Docs, Sheets, and Google Drives for efficient information sharing and collaboration
Keep documents and files organized to ensure easy access for all team members
Execute basic daily administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, leaving no room for error (Word/Excel/Phone/Comparative Pricing)
Foster a fast-paced work environment where quick thinking and adaptability are essential
Multitask effectively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrate proficiency in computer and skills, Microsoft and Google Docs, with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
Requirements:
Reliable transportation, a smart phone, and laptop
Proven experience being flexible and adaptable in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Must demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work
Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday
