We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and providing exceptional support to the team.
Business Hours : Mon - Fri 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in a fast-paced office environment
Familiarity with office management tools (e.g., scheduling software, CRM systems)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Assist with event planning and coordination
Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion
