Administrator Assistant Area of Responsibility (AOR):
1. General Assistance:Provide general support to the Director of Operations.
2. Time Management: Ensure accuracy in recording technician hours to guarantee at least 40 hours are worked and billed each week.
3. Purchase Tracking: Monitor and implement processes for making and tracking purchases efficiently.
4. Work Order Management: Administer the process for preparing work orders for final approval and/or billing.
5. Vendor Coordination: Maintain up-to-date vendor insurance and price lists in AppFolio.
6. Service Coordination: Coordinate all non-managed property work orders and additional services for RPM, including but not limited to: painting, flooring, cleaning, gardening, contracting, welding, and pressure washing.
7. System Integration: Implement administrative processes to integrate third-party websites (e.g., Thumbtack, Angi, Zip Rent) with AppFolio.
8. Client Communication: Maintain communication with clients regarding all operations-based matters.
9.Quality Control: Implement and oversee a quality control process.
