Now Hiring: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep and repair of CNC mills, lathes, and other machine shop equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technical environment. What You'll Do:Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, equipment, and facility systems.Inspect machinery to identify potential issues and assist in troubleshooting.Lubricate equipment, clean parts, and maintain tools to ensure proper functioning.Assist in moving materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.Support facility upkeep and ensure a clean, organized work environment.Follow all safety procedures and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.Maintenance experience required (CNC machine experience preferred but not necessary).Knowledge of shop machinery and repair is a plus.Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and a forklift.Basic computer skills to support maintenance tracking and documentation.Effective communication skills in English.Strong commitment to safety and proper use of safety equipment.Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.Full-time Shifts: Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm or 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off)Hourly Pay Range: $18.50-$26.00 per hourBenefits:Medical, dental, vision, life insuranceDisability, vacation, sick pay401kPhysical Demands: Job duties are mainly performed in an open warehouse environment with a wider range of temperature variation and exposure to noise, vibrations, fumes, and chemicals. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling.Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.Frequent twisting, turning, reaching, grasping, and crawling.Occasional bending, squatting, climbing, and fine dexterity.ITAR Requirement: This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
