We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Production Assistant to join a well-established medium-to-large beverage company in East LA (Monster Drink). This company manufactures, bottles, and distributes beverages throughout Southern California, offering a fast-paced and hands-on work environment.

Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Production Assistant, you will support daily production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We offer training for candidates with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food processing or manufacturing industries, be physically fit for manual labor, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily production tasks, including cleaning and removing empty drums, trash, and debris

Pre-weigh ingredients such as sugar, syrup, water, and other materials by following specific recipes

Set up and operate water pumps, hoses, and connect them to heavy machinery

Sanitize machines before and after use to maintain safety and cleanliness

Perform rigorous physical work, including lifting up to 60 lbs. regularly throughout the day

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with GMPS and company policies

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and standards.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the food processing, manufacturing, or related industry is required

Knowledge of inventory, shipping, and warehousing is a plus (forklift, pallet jack, and shrink-wrap experience preferred)

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently throughout the workday

Basic math skills to follow recipes and make simple calculations

Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to consistent attendance

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Ability to understand written and spoken English; Bilingual Candidates needed (Spanish)

Working Environment:

Fast-paced, noisy, and physically demanding work setting

Exposure to both hot and cold environments

Use of heavy machinery and equipment

Team-oriented environment where you’ll collaborate closely with other production staff

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Pay: $18.50hr.)
