About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Helper to join our team. We are a glass company that sells and ships glass mirrors and shower doors daily through UPS and freight companies.
Responsibilities:
-Communicate with warehouse staff and office to ensure smooth operations.
-Check and print paperwork on the computer.
-Use phone and text to assign tasks and provide updates to team members.
-Ensure orders are processed accurately and quickly.
-Report any missing orders and take steps to fix the issue.
-Pack and help fulfill orders to meet deadlines (pack items in boxes or on pallets).
-Assist team members with daily tasks as needed.
-Communicate fluently in English; Spanish is a plus.
-Lift 70 lbs when necessary
Requirements:
-Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
-Strong communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting.
-Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
-Proficient in English; Spanish skills are a bonus.
-At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
Benefits:
Monday to Friday (weekends off)
$20 per hour plus full benefits,
including healthcare,
dental, vacation pay,
and sick pay.
