CAPABLE OF FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS AND LEARNING THE FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBLITIES
SUMMARY:
Mechanical Assembler to assemble gas and solvent purification systems, controlled atmosphere chamber systems, partially or completely, on shop floor by performing the following duties.
Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, or other fasteners.
Performs tube bending operations as required in assembly of plumbing component of system.
Inspects all mechanical and plumbing connections to ensure adherence to strict tolerances.
Connects sheet metal chamber to electrical and electronic dri-train assembly.
Ability to effectively present information in one-to-one and small group situations to supervisor, and other employees of the organization.
Must be proficient at reading blueprints and/or other engineering drawings.
Follow all ITAR & AS9100 regulations and requirements.
