Hours are 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. M-F; Occasional Overtime.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ASSEMBLY WORK.
The Electro Mechanical Assembler is primary responsible for fitting and assembling
electromechanical equipment and machines.
DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:

duties.
Performs any combination of following tasks to assemble mechanical or electronic components and subassemblies: Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Build & test a varied range of precision mechanical assemblies and/or electronic assemblies to an elevated level of quality and efficiency using crimpers, small hand tools and soldering equipment.
Performs housekeeping and clean up duties upon completion of assigned tasks.
Periodically performs job tasks while viewing work through a microscope.
Provide advanced manufacturability inputs to reduce product cost and increase reliability.
Other projects and tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Five years’ experience as an assembler of electro-mechanical assemblies.
High School Diploma or GED
J-STD-001 Certification preferred.
Knowledge of IPC soldering and crimping standards a plus
