We are searching for a CNC Operator for our 1st shift. The shift runs from 6am to 2:30pm.
Need to have some experience working with mills. We are looking for both OPERATOR and SETUP roles.
OPERATOR must load parts, inspect parts using calipers and change tools and adjust offsets due to wear/break. Must have minimum 2 years experience.
SETUP must setup new parts, light editing of G-code, create fixtures/vises, complete first part approval. Must have minimum 3 years experience with setups on HAAS mills.

Responsibilities
-Experience operating HAAS 3-Axis mills (VF-2, VF-3)
-Experience reading blueprints
-Load parts into mill accurately
-Check part dimensions using inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
-Change tools and adjust offsets
-Clean equipment and/or machinery
-Operate multiple machines
-Deburr parts during production runs
-Must be able to take initiative and work independently
