We are a leading photography and video production studio located in downtown Los Angeles. Our team is dedicated to creating exceptional visual content and delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Position: Studio Coordinator/Front Desk
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
Manage studio bookings and schedule appointments,catering
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain office supplies and ensure the studio is tidy and organized
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Live less than 10 miles from downtown Los Angeles
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office,Photoshop
Experience with Monday.com and QuickBooks is a plus
Minimum of one year of administrative or customer service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
