The Social Media Expert/Data-Entry/Photo Editing Associate's role is to help update our inventory catalog and consolidate our records. The responsibilities of the Data Entry Associate include:
Naming/filing photos
Creating tear sheets
Creating spreadsheets
Uploading inventory to our website
Removing old inventory from the website
General data entry: i.e., old contacts, invoices, catalog
Drafting and filing invoices
Actively create and manage JRC’s marketing content on social media platforms
Computer literate and comfortable using the Mac OS system
Experienced in photo editing tools like Photoshop and Lightroom, able to work on a Mac computer
Experienced in photography and the use of a camera, taking pictures of our inventory
This is a full-time job Monday - Friday from 9 am -5 pm.
40 hours per week.
Pay: $20 per hour
