Our CEO writes for both Entrepreneur and Forbes and was recently named Female Entrepreneur of the Year. Our clients range from celebrities to large fintech corporations and are consistently featured in top-tier media outlets including, but not limited to, Forbes, Fast Co., Cosmopolitan, Business Insider and Inc.
We are looking for account executives who are excited to grow with our award-winning company that is expanding at a rapid rate. Account executives, first and foremost, must be an expert at handling clients and consistently landing them top-tier media hits. We have an extremely generous pay structure with the ability to grow your own team.
Primary job responsibilities will be to:
Ability to handle 4-5+ clients on your own.
Develop and execute top-tier media plans for each client on an ongoing basis.
Research, understand and anticipate client needs.
Pitch local, regional and national publications including print, broadcast and online outlets.
Develop intentional and personal relationships with top-tier journalists, booking producers and editors.
Create top target media distribution lists
Follow and stay on top of trends and updates pertaining to key social media channels
Compile comprehensive updates for each client
Respond to journalist and client queries in a timely manner
Self-starter, able to work independently as well as in groups
Strong ability to prioritize, problem solve and be resourceful
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications or similar field
OR
At least 4 years of experience in public relations (having your own personal media contacts and potential clientele is a huge plus)
