Pay: $36/hour and up

What You'll Do:
Coordinate and schedule appointments with new clients.
Support the sales team by generating leads and setting appointments.
Help maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
Prepare progress reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
Keep our filing and systems organized.
Represent us at business/trade events.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
Help promote programs and services in your assigned territory.
Negotiate contracts and agreements when needed.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of relevant experience (client coordination, sales support, etc.)
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Detail-oriented and organized
Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Friendly, professional, and adaptable
