Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Conduct targeted market research and analyze competitors.
Create and manage marketing campaigns to optimize lead generation.
Oversee the marketing budget, track expenses, and measure ROI.
Produce and distribute marketing materials.
Coordinate grassroots marketing and build referral sources from other professionals.
Plan and manage events and sponsorships.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience preferred.
5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the legal industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO techniques and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, and web analytics.
Highly organized with excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
