Need to have a good working cell phone and show up on time.

Paid training and experience is a plus.
Work Hours: Mon-Thursday "Off on weekends"
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers.
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the canvassing team.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Track and report on lead generation and appointment-setting metrics.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
- Handle any customer inquiries or issues that arise during canvassing efforts.
