We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to work closely with the founder of a small skincare brand to drive brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
This is a flexible, collaborative role for someone excited to wear many hats—there’s plenty to do, but you can take on as much or as little as you like. Suggested work may include tasks such as scheduling, communications, research, and general support. This role is perfect for someone resourceful, curious, and eager to shape their own scope of work at an early-stage CPG company!
Potential Responsibilities:
Support brand outreach (e.g. influencer gifting, PR pitches, retailer follow-ups)
Assist with creative projects like photoshoots, copywriting, or packaging ideas
Provide ad hoc support for administrative tasks and operational needs
Assist with social media content planning, posting, and community engagement
Coordinate email newsletters and manage subscriber lists
Track performance metrics from digital marketing and social channels
Preferred Experience:
Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Basic design or editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
Interest in beauty, wellness, or consumer products
Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-changing, early-stage environment
Suggested start between 10-15 hours per week with the potential to grow into more over time.
