We're looking for a sharp, adaptable, and reliable right-hand person for an eclectic entrepreneur running a new supplement startup from our shop/office in Santa Monica. The environment is chill and focused on results, perfect for a self-motivated individual. This is a hands-on, in-person role that requires you to be on-site. We need a dynamic individual who can seamlessly switch from a digital marketing task to helping with administrative needs, and then take a very good dog for a walk.
A glimpse into your week might include:
The Digital Marketer Hat: Setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms for our new supplement brand.
The Startup Operations Hat: Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, managing customer service emails, organizing schedules, and helping with the day-to-day needs of a growing business.
The Personal Assistant Hat: Being the trusted walker and friend to a well-behaved, intelligent female German Shepherd.

Requirements:
You must have your own reliable transportation to commute to our location in Santa Monica.
This is an on-site position. It is not a remote or hybrid role.
This is a part-time position 2-3 days a week, with a flexible schedule.
