Pay: $25.00/hour - $35.00/hour PLUS Bonus Incentive of $1K+ per Month (based on sign-ups)
Monday - Friday: 9:00AM to 5:30PM (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)

Job Description
As a Senior Intake Specialist at Nadrich Law, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success by being
the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance during some of their most
vulnerable moments.
Whether helping someone injured in a car accident or injured by a defective product, you will
use your sales and customer service expertise to make a lasting impression and ensure their
needs are addressed.
We will train you to assess cases, build rapport, and qualify potential clients, ensuring they
receive the compassionate and expert assistance they deserve. Your success will be measured by
your ability to convert 95% of qualified prospective clients into retained clients.
Core Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking legal help
through our communication channels. (Note: All leads have first contacted us, we are
simply following up with them, or they have directly contacted our law firm for
assistance.)
Case Evaluation: Assess potential cases to determine if they meet our intake criteria.
Build Relationships: Establish trust and make a lasting impression on prospective
clients.
Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent and respectful communication with potential clients.
Data Management: Accurately document client interactions, case details, and related
information in Lead Docket/Filevine, the firm’s case management system.
Case Referrals: Direct prospective clients who do not meet our intake criteria to other
partner law firms, who may be able to assist the prospective client. Promptly and
continually following up with partner law firms to confirm that they have accepted or
rejected the case, and documenting in the firm’s case management system.
Client Conversion: Utilize your sales skills to convert 95% of qualified leads into
retained clients by highlighting the value Nadrich Law provides.
Continuous Training: Stay updated on the latest procedures, legal terminology, and
client interaction best practices through guided and self-directed training.
Earnings: Enjoy a competitive base salary along with the opportunity to earn incentive
compensation.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in legal intake, paralegal work, or auto insurance sales.
Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of personal injury and motor vehicle accident
law is a plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication with empathetic, caring, and
persuasive abilities.
Conflict Resolution: Maintain professionalism while handling potential conflicts.
Time Management: Excel at handling responsibilities efficiently without compromising
quality.
Bilingual: English/Spanish fluency is required
Tech Savvy: Experience with Lead Docket, Filevine, or similar CRM systems is a plus.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Feedback: Open to constructive feedback and adaptable to change.
Team Management: Prior experience managing a 3-5 person intake team is a plus.
