If interested, please submit your resume along with a cover letter/introduction email. All candidates whose background meets firm requirements will be contacted via telephone prior to any in-person interviews.
Your role as a victim advocate/case specialist will be to support the Director of Victim Advocacy and senior case managers in handling client matters, including, without limitation, preparing documents necessary for representation, providing real-time customer service to clients, interacting with third-party vendors on behalf of clients, and drafting correspondence to insurance adjusters, as well as other claim supporting activities. There will be increasing levels of client interaction, so you will be expected to competently represent the firm in both your written and verbal communications.
