The firm needs a Receptionist/Intake person. Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English). Some experience in law firm preferred. Must have great personality and be able to multi task and manages multi lines of incoming calls, transferring calls, case managers and support staff. Must be patient thorough and detail oriented. Must be professional and efficient. Must be able to take messages clearly and write neatly . Must be a team player and hard worker. In addition to answering phones from new clients, existing clients, insurance adjusters, attorneys, doctors, and others, must have good typing data entry skips to enter information into case management Program, photocopy, scan documents, e-filing, and do general office tasks. Candidate must be punctual with good attendance.
