Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced, bilingual (Spanish-English) Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager with at least 2 years of California PI experience. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives on results, takes pride in their work, and is ready to grow with us.

Types of Cases:

Auto Accidents

Dog Bites

Slip/Trip & Falls

City & Government Claims

General Personal Injury

Key Responsibilities:

Manage pre-litigation files from intake to demand

Open claims and resolve property damage issues

Schedule and track client medical care

Maintain frequent communication with clients and medical providers

Request medical records, police reports, and lien documentation

Open and monitor Medi-Cal and Medicare claims

Draft demands and prepare complete files for attorney review

Collaborate closely with attorneys

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury case management experience (California required)

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Excellent communication, follow-through, and client service skills

Highly organized, able to manage dozens of active cases

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, DocuSign

Experience with case management software
