About Us
Jalilvand Law Corporation is a boutique personal injury firm in Beverly Hills. We’re collaborative, fast-moving, and client-focused—and we’re seeking a highly motivated, organized Medical Records Specialist to join our Pre-Lit team.
The Role
Own the process of requesting, tracking, and organizing medical records and billing for personal injury cases. You’ll work closely with providers, attorneys, and case managers to keep files complete and demand-ready.
What You’ll Do
Request and obtain medical records and billing from providers and facilities.
Track progress in our case management system (Filevine) and keep files organized and easy to find.
Follow up with facilities and providers to troubleshoot issues and keep requests moving.
Review records for completeness and accuracy; flag gaps or missing items.
Share clear status updates with attorneys and case managers.
Handle invoices related to records; coordinate approvals as needed.
Protect client confidentiality and follow HIPAA and firm policies.
What You’ll Bring
1+ years in medical records or medical billing
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Clear, professional communication with providers and internal teams
Proficiency with Filevine (or similar CMS), Google Workspace, e-fax/provider portals, and PDF tools
Nice to have: Prior PI law firm experience; Spanish bilingual
Location & Schedule
On-site in Beverly Hills, CA
Full-time, non-exempt (standard business hours; occasional OT near deadlines)
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$23 per hour (Dependent On Experience)
