Experienced personal injury case manager -Armenian Speaking-

We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in law or legal administrative work and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

-New client intake and setting up client files

-Manage all aspects of Personal Injury claims including Property damage and Bodily injury

-Serve as the main contact for clients throughout their case

-Provide exemplary customer service by updating clients throughout the process

-Facilitate and manage medical appointments, obtain referrals and oversee medical treatment

-Gather evidence, interview witnesses, obtain police reports, comply with DMV reporting regulations, obtain medical records and other relevant documents.

- Monitor case expenses and maintain accurate records for billing purposes.

-Preparing files for settlement demands.

- Conduct document review and proofreading tasks

- Perform data entry to maintain accurate case files

- Assist with interviewing clients to gather necessary information

- Provide clerical support for case management activities

- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure case progression

Qualifications:

- Armenian Speaker (required)

- Minimum 1 year personal injury case management experience

- Proven experience in a legal administrative role or similar position

- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in data entry and file management systems

- Proficiency in grammar and writing

- Proficiency in using CASEpeer case management software is a PLUS but not required
