We are looking to hire an experienced pre-litigation case manager.
Experience in handling all aspects of personal injury. The ideal candidate must know how to handle claims from after reporting all the way to ready for demand. ( Including, initial client contact and updating case status, taking phone intakes, requesting police reports, liability, medical records requests, scheduling medical appointments, resolving property damage claims, loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medicare for lien)
Spanish is a must
Being able to handle more than 120 pre-lit cases from intake through demand
Must have the ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
