Responsibilities
- Floral Prep & Clean-Up
- Process and condition incoming flowers to maintain peak freshness and quality.
- Keep the studio clean and organized after projects and events.
- Maintain a tidy workspace and properly care for tools and supplies.
- Studio Support
- Assist with packing and unpacking event supplies, including vases, flowers, and decor items.
- Organize inventory, ensuring all materials are accounted for and ready for upcoming projects.
- Support the team during busy production times by completing assigned studio tasks.
- Deliveries & Errands
- Deliver floral arrangements to clients, venues, and events with care.
- Run errands as needed, including picking up supplies or flowers.

Requirements
-A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car (preferably your own). Mileage and gas expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy.
- Comfortable driving with delicate floral arrangements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to follow directions.
- Availability for flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
