We are a multifamily real estate company with buildings in Koreatown and Highland Park. We are looking for experienced maintenance technicians to work on 3-4 buildings full-time. The job will include servicing resident work orders that come in each day, fixing any urgent issues like leaks, completing unit turns (painting, flooring, general maintenance) and keeping the building operating healthy. You are responsible for the health and safety of your buildings.
You will work under a property manager and have the support of a maintenance supervisor to guide you for questions that need help answering.
Both Spanish and English preferred.
