Apartment Maintenance Technician and Drywall/Painter positions available.
Positions available in San Fernando Valley area. Monday through Friday.
Maintenance - Immediate opening for full-time maintenance technician to float between several multi-family apartment complexes. Looking for a well-rounded candidate with general handyman experience in:
Plumbing repairs including garbage disposal repair/replacement, leaking faucet/toilet repair, etc.
General maintenance including changing doorknobs, locks, replacing toilet seats, filters, etc.
Prepare apartment for turnover including caulking, changing screens, light fixtures, etc.
Painter/Drywaller - Immediate opening for experienced painters and drywallers with experience in:
Repair and patch drywall, including filling cracks, holes and imperfections
Apply primer, paint, stains and other finishes to a variety of surfaces
Perform surface preparation tasks such as sanding, caulking and masking
Qualifications:
Own basic set of tools for the job
Current California Drivers' License
Proof of auto insurance
Reliable transportation
Bilingual preferred
