Maintenance techs are responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy. Responsible for providing customer service and completing maintenance requests. Must have experience with Basic plumbing, repairs, Simple electrical skills . Simple locks, Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights .
Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and other parts of the building.
Maintain and repair air conditioning heat pump systems as required.
. Proven experience as handyman
. Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Basic understanding of
Electrical, Carpentry,, Plumbing, Maintenance,, , Insulation, Painting, Drywall & Finish,
Demolition.
