Pay range: Competitive based on experience

Company Overview:

We are a C-27 licensed landscape company. We do design, build, and maintenance. We service residential, commercial, and public spaces. We use sustainable landscaping practices.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Construction Foreman with expertise in irrigation systems, native plant installations, and hardscaping. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainable landscaping and experienced in leading crews through the successful execution of landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage construction crews on-site, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of landscape projects

● Install and troubleshoot efficient irrigation systems, including drip irrigation and smart controllers

● Oversee the layout and planting of native and drought-tolerant species according to design specifications

● Interpret landscape plans and ensure proper grading, soil preparation, and planting techniques

● Manage jobsite materials, tools, and equipment

● Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors

● Ensure safe working practices and enforce company safety standards

Qualifications:

● 3–5 years of landscape construction experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

● Strong knowledge of irrigation system installation, repair, and water-efficient technologies

● Familiarity with native and regionally appropriate plant species and sustainable planting practices

● Ability to read construction documents and implement planting and irrigation layouts accurately

● Valid driver’s license

● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

● Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

● Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
