FRONT STAFF - RECEPTION
At least 1-2 years prior animal experience or experience working in a veterinary hospital preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is on time, and has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within the practice. Must be outgoing and eager to please our clients and their pets.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Schedule appointments and manage the hospital's calendar.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services.
Maintain client records and handle billing transactions.
Assist with client education and communication.
