Join Our Team: Receptionist Opportunity in Calabasas! We're a small, independent home health company based in Calabasas, dedicated to providing top-notch care to our clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and compassionate receptionist to join our team full-time from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday-Friday. The Role: As our receptionist, you'll be the friendly voice of our company, responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling, and assisting with administrative tasks. Your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail will ensure that every interaction with our clients is positive and efficient. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred, but not required
