RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Meeting with patients (on the phone, via Zoom, or in person) before and after procedures
Explaining to them what we do and answering their questions
Scheduling appointments and procedures
Answering phone calls
Responding to emails
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Excellent phone manners
Computer skills
Medical and surgical terminology relevant to orthopedics
At least 5 years of prior experience in a high-quality medical/dental/Chiropractic or other related fields
