We’re looking for any of the following compassionate and reliable individuals who will be responsible for providing direct patient care:

- Physical Therapists

- Physical Therapist Assistants

- Occupational Therapists

- Occupational Therapist Assistants

- Speech Therapists

Responsibilities include evaluating the patient’s functional status and physical, occupational, or speech therapy needs, developing an appropriate plan of care, following the plan of care, timely entering of complete patient visit notes, and working collaboratively with other members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.

FOR PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND PHYSICAL THERAPIST AIDES ONLY, we offer part-time/full-time opportunities to treat patients in a clinic setting located in Woodland Hills. Please inquire for more information.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Evaluating the patient's functional status and therapy needs and developing an appropriate plan of care.

- Instructing and informing participating members of the health care team, patient, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.

- Visiting patients according to Plan of Treatment and completing progress notes timely.

- Completing all patient evaluations and developing the plan of care within state-specific guidelines.

- Reporting outcomes of evaluation, goals, and anticipated projected frequency of care after the evaluation.

- Developing appropriate home programs, as needed.

- Training the patient, family, and appropriate staff in any of the above, as needed.

- Maintaining patient confidence and protecting facility operations by keeping patient information and care confidential.

- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by protecting patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.

Qualifications:

- Must be currently licensed to practice as a physical therapist/ assistant, occupational therapist/ assistant, or speech therapist and compliant with professional standards and practices.

- Possess and maintains current CPR certification.

- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.

- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, and organization skills.

- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and is insured in accordance with State and organization requirements.

- Must be comfortable driving a distance of approximately 30-40 miles from home.
