Available Positions:
1. Veterinary Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Schedule appointments and manage the hospital's calendar.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services.
Maintain client records and handle billing transactions.
Assist with client education and communication.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office is a plus.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software.
2. Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgeries.
Perform laboratory tests and radiographic imaging.
Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
Provide nursing care for hospitalized patients.
Educate clients on pet health and wellness.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) preferred.
Previous experience in a clinical setting.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of veterinary practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
