House Manager/ cook/ caregiver wanted ASAP!

Happy 2024. We are seeking an excellent, happy, easygoing no drama worker with house manager / facility or caregiving experience to work for our company. Free room and board / Free FOOD/ FREE wifi/ Cable and Internet . Immediate hire for that special man or woman seeking room and board. Salary negotiable. Must be able to cook and prepare good meals 3x daily/ able to wash laundry/ communicate effectively/ clean house and look after high functioning adults. Must have good strong communication skills, positive energy and good spirit and no negativity. Have good can do attitude, hard worker, no drug or alcohol past history. Seeking long term permanent worker. Open minded, ok with job as a caregiver. Understand the task and job assignment Good attitude, High energy person, able to focus, no distractions, no family problems and worked as house managers before. No board and care. Support clients in daily needs. Provide reminders for adls. Will work with other house manager. It's a 6 day live in job. Please call for more information. Salary negotiable based on experience.
