Initial Visit (IV): $75

Resumption of Care (ROC): $90

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include monitoring vital signs and performing tests, caring for wounds or injuries, assessing healing, and administering treatments. Also documenting changes in behavior and progress, eating habits, and overall mood, depending on the situation. May be responsible for 'ON CALL' duties during the week, requiring answering calls and conducting visits nights and weekends.

Additional Field Nurse RN Responsibilities:

Visiting patients in the home setting to provide care

Contacting patients to schedule appointments

Completing visit notes using DeVero software (training provided)

Communicating/reporting with office manager or director of nursing regarding changes in patients' level of care

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

Welcome clinicians with experience or recent graduates
