Dental Front/Back Office Person Needed

We are seeking a bright, talented, intelligent, friendly and experienced person to be our front office coordinator in our well established dental practice.

We are an excellent, high quality and caring general dental practice.

Eaglesoft experience preferred but not mandatory.

Our ideal candidate must have:

Dental Front Office experience- 2

years minimum as one of the primary people to help with account collections, insurance benefits, and scheduling patients.

Great Communication Skills - both verbal and written in English

Knowledge of dental procedures, codes, and dental terminology.

Good computer and typing skills.

Comfortable learning new skills.

Knowledge of most PPO insurances.

Comfortable discussing dental procedures with patients.

Comfortable with explaining insurance benefits, deductibles, and co-payments.

Responsibilities include:

Multitasking while keeping the office running smoothly.

Help greet patients with a warm and happy manner.

Answering the telephone with a friendly voice.

Scheduling appointments.

Patient Collections

Being a team player.

Punctual, responsible, professional in appearance and conversation.

Dental Assistant

Small general dentistry practice located in Inglewood is seeking to add an energetic and enthusiastic dental assistant, to support the office and deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.

Minimum requirements include taking x-rays, prepare tray set-ups, mixing dental materials, pouring impression casts, sterilizing instruments, documenting patient information and procedures, cleaning and maintaining rooms, assisting with all general dental procedures, and some light front office duties.

Our ideal candidate must have:

Dental Back Office experience- 2 year minimum of back office experience

Great Communication Skills - both verbal and written.

High-energy, Professional and eager to learn

Knowledge of dental procedures and codes and be comfortable with dental terminology.

Good computer and typing skills.

Comfortable learning new skills.

Knowledge of digital x-rays.
