We are in need of Client Account Manager, who:
- is willing and able to work in the field 95% of the time.
- has the ability to bring in new clientele that will increase business growth and profitability of the Company.
- applies and executes aggressive marketing strategies focusing on the company's visibility in the community it serves.
- assesses each prospective potential clientele through in-home assessments and determine the appropriateness for admission.
- is directly responsible for initiating contacts and meetings with potential clients, their families, and other referral sources in the home care industry.
- builds and forms new partnerships with potential clients.
- monitors industry trends and establishes short term and long term marketing strategies to expand target market and service areas/ locations.
- analyzes census (admissions vs terminations) in the industry, and identifies areas of improvement.
- maintains a positive, professional and healthy relationship with existing clients and referral sources.
Qualifications / Required Skills:
- previous experience in the home care and pharmaceutical industry is preferred, but not required
- must have a Bachelor's Degree
- excellent track record in generating new accounts / clients
- ability to build good rapport with clients, their families and partners in the industry
- must be self-motivated, energetic and result oriented
- must be able to work with a team, and independently
- must be proficient and has good command of the English language
- computer literate
- must have an excellent driving record
- must be flexible and adaptable
