We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Manager to join our chiropractic office Calabasas, CA. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a critical role in providing a welcoming and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to get results. The ideal candidate will have worked in a medical office setting for 3 of the last 5 years. Possess the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in patient management/scheduling software is desirable; training will be provided for the right candidate. Have a professional appearance and demeanor. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if necessary. $21 -$23 per hour based on experience. NO CONDIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO REPLIES WITHOUT A PROFESSIONAL RESUME.

∙ Greeting patients upon arrival. Check patients in and set-up exam rooms and place patients
inside to see the Chiropractor/Acupuncturist.
∙ Check out patient scheduling next visit, collect co-pays or co-insurance due
∙ Answer/make follow-up calls, texts, or emails for any messages for new or existing
patients daily
∙ Re-engaging inactive patients
∙ Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
∙ Able to lift up to 35 pounds
∙ Pull patients forms for next day and prepare new patient intake forms
∙ Maintaining patient files and records using patient management software, keep notes of all
communications and transactions
∙ Complete transactions in point of sale software & ensure patient accounts are current &
accurate
∙ Light house keeping (wipe down tables, vacuum rooms, collect/take out trash, etc.)
∙ Document appropriately appointment visit status. Maintain appointment schedule.
∙ Ability to manage initial visits and treatment plans
∙ Verify insurance prior to patient visit and process medical insurance claims and billing
∙ Maintain and be knowledgeable of HIPAA requirements
∙ Other reasonable duties as assigned
