Job Title: Administrator – Adult Residential Care Facility

Location: Lancaster, CA

We are a dedicated Adult Residential Facility serving individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs in a supportive, home-like environment. Our mission is to provide person-centered care, promote independence, and enhance quality of life for each resident.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Administrator to oversee daily operations of our Adult Residential Facility. The Administrator will ensure compliance with all Community Care Licensing (CCL) regulations and North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLARC) requirements, maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff, and provide strong leadership for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall operation of the facility in accordance with Title 22 regulations.

Ensure compliance with NLARC policies, IPPs (Individual Program Plans), and client rights.

Supervise, train, and support direct care staff.

Maintain clear and accurate resident records and documentation.

Act as the main point of contact for families, Regional Center, and licensing agencies.

Develop and implement individual service plans and behavior management strategies.

Monitor health and safety conditions within the facility.

Ensure timely incident reporting and follow-up.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 1 TO 2 years of direct experience working with North Los Angeles Regional Center (NLARC) in a similar capacity.

Valid Administrator Certificate for Adult Residential Facility (ARF Administrator Certificate).

Strong knowledge of Community Care Licensing (CCL) regulations and Title 22.

Proven leadership and staff management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

CPR/First Aid certification (current).

Must pass DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance and physical/TB test.
