Overview:

We are seeking essentially a male dedicated evening/swing shift tech to join our team for male clients, qualification essentials. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals overcome substance abuse challenges and lead a healthier life. You will play a crucial role in providing counseling, support, and guidance to individuals struggling with addiction.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans

- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation

- Implement behavior management techniques to support clients in achieving sobriety

- Utilize applied behavior analysis principles in counseling sessions

Requirements:

- Have knowledge with Kipu software to input progress notes. Must know how to check vitals and do 30 minute rounds for each client and input in the software. Training will also be provided.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.49 - $24.68 per hour
