Working Executive Chef
Small successful Cardroom/Restaurant near
Lancaster, California seeks a working executive chef.
Seeking to expand food operations.
Responsibilities:
` Oversee all food service and special food events.
` Scheduling and training of cooks and servers.
` Ensure recipe consistency in quality, taste and presentation.
` Prepare cost control reports.
` Cook two or three shifts per week.
` Maintain inventory system & assist with purchasing.
` Assist in upgrading menus and create new dishes.
` Ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
` Ensure all F & B employees follow company policies.
Minimum Position Requirements
` 5+ years managerial experience
` Able to work flexible hours, in a fast paced environment and on call.
` Excellent communication and customer service skills.
