We are looking for shift supervisors who sre passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with food preparation, assembly, and cooking
Ensure proper dishwashing and kitchen sanitation
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner
Efficiently handle orders in-person and online
Follow instructions and execute tasks accurately and efficiently
Be reliable, punctual, and proactive in daily operations
Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Adapt quickly and work effectively as part of a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Preferred: Some experience in a kitchen, fast-casual restaurant, or coffee shop/barista role (willing to train the right candidate!)
Flexible hours available
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a passion for learning
Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset
