Job Title: Lead Host
Reports To: FOH Managers
Roberta’s is looking for a Lead host to join our team!
The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for welcoming people into our restaurant - and inviting them back! The ideal candidate is energetic and thrives in a fast-paced service. They are determined to provide guests with a memorable experience. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow within Roberta’s while working alongside passionate experts.
You:
Create a warm, fun and exciting experience with every guest you interact with
1+ Management Experience
Are committed to hospitality
Provide accurate estimates for wait times with Resy
Are excellent at multitasking
Anticipate guest needs in coordination with the rest of the FOH team (overcommunication is best)
Create strong guest relationships - guest recognition is critical to success
Assist servers, backwaiters, bartenders and FOH managers as needed on the floor
Are undaunted by challenging guests and look for ways to make their day
Experience in high volume restaurant
Have a flexible schedule - Saturday and Sunday availability is a must
Roberta’s Culver City has about 98 seats and a full first-come-first-served bar. We are open 7 days a week. Weekdays 12pm-10pm. Weekends 11am-10pm
Our original location in Brooklyn opened in 2008 and quickly became a mecca for pizza and culture.
